Dois soldados se encontram em uma fronteira. Cada um defende o seu lado do território, sem saber bem por quê. Apesar de estarem distantes no início, aos poucos eles vão se conhecendo. Conversando por tédio, eles acabam refletindo sobre seus mestres, seu trabalho e seu modo de vida. Finalmente, eles se perguntam: Por que eles fazem o que fazem?

Two soldiers meet at a border. Each one defends its side of the territory, without really knowing why. Although they were distant at first, little by little they get to know each other. Chatting out of boredom, they end up reflecting on their masters, their work and their way of life. Finally, they ask themselves one question: Why do they do what they do?
